PENTAS Bank's Home Builder Affinity Program

PENTAS is excited to present an exclusive program for borrowers purchasing or building with a participating home builder. We collaborate with home builders in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, and Texas. Builders must be approved as participating builders before borrowers can lock an interest rate with a PENTAS Mortgage Loan Originator.


Program Advantages


Lender Credit: Eligible borrowers receive a lender credit of 1% of the loan amount, up to $3,000, which can be applied towards closing costs and reducing the interest rate.


Comprehensive Eligibility: The program covers multiple property types and applies to both purchase transactions and construction-to-permanent loans. Eligible loan programs include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, Portfolio, Jumbo, and Construction to Permanent.

Buydown Agreement, and the funds will be held

in an escrow account.

Both permanent and temporary buydowns are

subject to the maximum contribution limits

established by underwriting guidelines.
